There are no miracles. Battery weight has a direct impact on flight performance and the more pwoer you need, the more pronounced this effect is. This battery cannot hold up to much cheaper but heavier Lipos like namely the CNHL Black or Ministar versions. If you are careful you can get the same amount of flight time but under normal flight conditions you get much less time (1-1,5 minutes less), earlier sags. When flying in a more agressive style, only 1100is mah can be taken out of the battery before it reaches low voltage. I used it on a 430g auw 2550kv setup. So this is good for crusing and light use, not so good for your normal freestyle or racing rigs. All this could be seen from the first charging when I noticed that all of the packs had over 10 mOhm cells. To be fair, I got these at the start of winter and only used them at low (below 10°C) temperatures. Summer conditions will likely help the performance of these batteries.
